4-story mercantile building rebuilt from the original structure in 1918 to designs by Dode & Morison. It is clad in red brick above a storefront. The four bays of windows have stone sills and lintels, and a black metal modillioned roof cornice caps the facade. The rear elevation is plain brick, with a blocked-up first story and large venting pipes. The ground floor is occupied by Georgio's Pizzeria.
