Designed in 1912 by John Parkinson and G. Edwin Berstrom.
Originally built in 1913 as the Hotel Rosslyn, renamed the Frontier Hotel for a period in the 1980's and 1990's when it operated as an SRO hotel. Converted to lofts in 2006.

Home of Pharmaka Gallery, Los Angeles Center for Digital Art and Tropico de Nopal Gallery and fine art printing.
