288-foot, 26-story modernist hotel completed in 2010. Designed by Gene Kaufman, the main facade fronting Water Street is three bays wide, with the ground floor clad in glass and silver metal above a black stone water table. The mid-section is clad in multi-hued, dark grey-brown brick, with horizontal white bands between the 6th & 7th floors, and between the 11th & 12th. Each bay has a double-window, with a black metal vent at its base. Above the 16th floor, the tower sets back, and the upper floors are clad in white pre-cast concrete, with continuous bands of blue-tinted reflective windows at each floor. The side elevations are windowless, and clad in brick. A tall water tower is visible on the roof.
