  I was here on Sunday Jan 24 2016. Its a easy hike to the top and easily doable by fit people of any age group. I met ladies in mid sixties doing the climb to the top without much difficulty. This place is quite popular with families. The top gives amazing views of the Pavana Dam surrounding country side along with other forts in the vicinity.
