2-story mercantile building completed in 1957. It is clad in white-painted brick. The ground floor has a recessed area at the right with a doorway and a window at the far west end. To the left is an area enclosed by glass-and-black metal in a grid, with another door. The 2nd floor has a wide window band with a similar grid of small panes in black metal framing. Above a metal coping at the roof line there is a rooftop garden and terrace. The building is occupied by Aretsky's Patroon restaurant.
