6-story office building completed in 1912. Designed by Schwartz & Gross as a tenement, it is clad in dark-red brick above a ground floor of limestone, metal, and glass. The entrance to the upper floors is at the right, with a restaurant entrance on the left, and black metal infill with vertical grooves in the center. The 2nd floor is covered by horizontal black metal bands. Each of the four upper floors has a band of windows, with a large center pane and slightly-angled end panes (the top floor has four equal panes instead). The window groups have stone sills and brick lintels.

In 2019, the building was purchased by Peacock International Holdings of South Korea with ambitions to revive the brand,
