4.5-story Neo-Georgian residential building completed in 1899. The facade is surfaced in pale yellow stucco behind a wrought-iron fence. The lower two floors have light, horizontal banding. There are two entrances, both with black wooden doors framed by white moldings. The west door is flanked by a pair of 2-over-5 windows, and the east door has two 3-over-6 pane windows to its left; the windows also have white moldings. The 2nd floor has a black iron balcony carried on iron brackets and with decorative railings. The upper floors are symmetrical; at the 2nd floor each half has a round-arch Palladian window with wall lanterns on the moldings, flanked by 2-over-4 windows framed by white pilasters.

The 3rd & 4th floors each have six bays of multi-paned single-windows with white stone surrounds. Above a white cornice there is a steep-sloped, grey metal mansard roof with two bays of 5-paned skylights. Atop the mansard is a metal railing, and a central, red brick chimney.
