4-story office building completed in 1912. Designed by George & Edward Blum as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in white terra-cotta above a black metal ground-floor storefront. The ground floor has paneled piers, and a canopy over the restaurant entrance. The upper floors have four bays of windows, framed by intricate carvings and with equally ornate spandrels. A simple roof parapet tops the facade.
The ground floor is occupied by Annie Moore's bar & restaurant.
