4-story residential/commercial building completed around the 1800s as a townhouse. The lower two floors project out to the building line, clad in red brick, and capped by a small, sloping shingled roof. The ground floor has a door to the upper floors on the right, and a restaurant storefront in white wood and glass on the left, with a door at the left end. The ground floor is covered by a beige canvas canopy with a rounded extension that projects out over the sidewalk. The 2nd floor has three bays of single-windows with small, clamshell canvas canopies and planter boxes.

The recessed upper floors are faced in brownstone, with three bays of single-windows above planter boxes. There are three keystones above the top-floor windows, and the facade is partially covered with climbing ivy. The facade is topped by a simple, black metal roof cornice. The lower two floors are occupied by Toscana Restaurant, with apartments on the top two floors.
