4-story residential building completed in 1910. It is clad in red brick; at the ground floor is a projecting section of glass and bronze with an angled glass top. The main entrance, with glass double-doors, is at the right, with a restaurant storefront to the left that has a further-projecting metal-and-glass entrance box and a peaked, green canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk.

The upper floors have three bays of projecting windows with angled side panes and black metal framing. The center, front-facing section of each bay at the 2nd-3rd floors each have three panes stacked on top of one another; the top floor has a single tall pane in the west bay, and small bottom panes below taller upper panes at the eastern two bays. Metal spandrels, also projecting with angled sides, separates the floors at each bay. The facade is capped by a metal coping. The ground floor is occupied by Barolo East restaurant.
