5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1866. It is clad in white-painted brick above a modernized stone, metal, and glass storefront, with a glass door to the upper floors at the north end. The upper floors have four bays of single-windows in red-painted framing, with red stone sills and metal cornices. A red metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a red metal roof cornice with console end brackets, modillions, and panels with rosettes between them.
