 apartment building, commercial building

4-story residential/commercial building completed in 1901. It is faced in stucco, painted dark-grey on the lower two floors and light-grey on the upper two. The original ground-floor retail space has been expanded to a 2-story commercial storefront. The ground floor has a glass-and-metal door to the upper floors on the south end, next to a narrow window. The north half has a glass-and-metal storefront with another glass door; all of these openings have transoms. The 2nd floor has metal-framed windows matching the widths of those below, without transoms.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with stuccoed stone sills. A simple metal coping caps the roof line. The lower two floors are occupied by The Blasket pub.
