4-story residential/commercial building completed in 1901. It is clad in white-painted brick above a metal-and-glass ground-floor storefront and glass door to the upper floors at the south end. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with black stone sills and lintels, and black wooden exterior shutters. A pair of oversized lanterns are mounted at the 2nd floor, attached by decorative wrought-iron brackets. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with console brackets, modillions, and panels ornamented by medallions.
