Opened in 2006, New Forest Paper Mills is jointly owned by Atlantic Packaging and Saint Laurent, Quebec based Mitchel-Lincoln Packaging. The 360,000 sq. ft.,plant was built on the site of the former Bick's pickle processing plant which moved to Dunnville in 1998.

The plant recycles used corrugated cartons to produce up to 700 metric tonnes of high-quality corrugated medium and linerboard everyday. The cardboard is then sent to Atlantic's and Mitchel-Lincoln's packaging operation for conversion into cardboard boxes for a multitude of Users.
