4-story residential building completed in 1910. It is clad in blue-painted brick above a metal-and-glass storefront. There is a small glass door to the upper floors at the north end. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with white-painted, bracketed stone sills and metal cornices. A blue metal fire escape runs down the north two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a white metal roof cornice with three scrolled brackets and two wide panels. The ground floor is occupied by A Plus Thai restaurant.
