341-foot, 34-story postmodern hotel completed in 2013, Designed by Gene Kaufman, it is faced in grey-painted pre-cast concrete, with the facade set far back behind the ground floor, which is clad in lighter grey concrete and metal panels, and glass. The main entrance is at the left, also deeply recessed with a revolving door under a metal-and-glass canopy that extends out to the building line. In the center is a restaurant storefront, and to the right is a slightly-recessed entrance to the underground parking garage with a frosted glass-and-metal door. There are three flagpoles atop the east end of the ground floor.

The upper floors have seven bays of windows, each divided into a wide east pane and a narrow west pane. The two outer bays on each side set back above the 19th floor. The west elevation and the south-facing, set-back areas of the south facade above the setbacks are windowless.

The hotel contains 401 guest rooms. The ground floor is occupied by Empire Steakhouse.
