3-story residential building completed in 1885. It is faced in beige stucco above a commercial ground floor with wood paneling. A doorway to the upper floors is at the north end on the avenue, and the restaurant storefront areas have sloped, black canvas awnings. The upper floors facing the avenue have three bays of single-windows. The south facade on 53rd Street has one single-window and a beige metal door opening onto a fire escape landing at the center; on the top floor, the window and metal door are reversed. At the west end of the 2nd floor is another single-window, and then a 2-story building extension with a double-window. The ground floor is occupied by Redemption Sports Lounge, and the upper floors by Sun Club Tanning.
