2-story mercantile building completed in 1900. The lower floor is faced in blue-grey painted wood and iron, with plentiful paneling. There are paneled wood-and-glass doors at both ends, with a large, wide, multi-paned window set high in between. The 2nd floor has a wide studio window with eight tall, narrow panes, with red-painted stucco at the edges and above. A vertical sign with neon letters on both sides spelling out "HUDSON MALONE" (the current tenant, a bar) is attached to the east edge. On the 2nd floor is Eva's Dress Shop.
