3-story mercantile building completed in 1894. It is clad in stone, cast-iron, and smooth-stucco that have been painted grey and bright red on the lower two floors, and beige brick on the top floor. The ground floor has painted metal doors at the ends, both recessed and framed by grey-painted iron pilasters. In between is a wood-and-glass door and an open storefront, with a large red signboard at the top of the ground floor.

The 2nd floor is painted red and has four recessed bays between projecting, grey-painted, paneled pilasters supporting a shorter signboard at the top. Each bay has a small double-window above a grey panel. The brick top floor has four bays of single-windows, outlined in red framing, and has bands of darker brick. The original ornament is deteriorated, but includes carved terra-cotta panels above the outer bays with female faces and foliate ornament and projecting brick pilasters. A metal coping caps the roof line. The building is occupied by Madame Mikette's brasserie.
