4-story residential/commercial building originally completed around the 1870s as a townhouse. Sometime in the early 1900s, a 2-story projecting commercial storefront was installed. Today, the ground floor is faced in wood planks and two glass doors framing four tall windows in the center. The east door leads to the upper floors, and the west door into the restaurant storefront.

The 2nd floor has five large windows that take up the entire area of this story, divided by thin metal mullion, with a metal band across the top. The upper floors are set-back and faced in beige stucco. They have three bays of small single-windows, and there is a small terrace above the 2nd floor, with a metal railing. A simple metal coping caps the roof line. The ground floor is occupied by Lucky Cat Noodle Shop.
