4-story residential building completed in 1899 as one in a row of similar townhouses. It is clad in red brick, two bays wide. The original stoop has been removed and replaced by a ground-level entrance, a step down from the sidewalk. The black wood door is framed by wooden pilasters and topped by a triangular pediment. To the right is a short window with an iron grille.

The upper floors have pairs of windows with brick sills and white metal cornices. The 2nd-floor windows are larger than the others and slightly offset to the left. The facade is capped by a simple, white-painted metal roof cornice.
