USA / New Jersey / West New York / New York City, New York / Third Avenue, 729
 restaurant, bar, commercial building

2-story commercial building completed in 1910. It is clad in green-painted metal (painted in 2021), with large, multi-paned windows on both floors. The entrance is at the north end of the ground floor. Separating the floors is a band of six squares of opaque glass, each divided into three vertical bars. The top floor has upper and lower windows; those on the top only have vertical mullions dividing them into three tall, narrow panes, while the lower windows have full 4-over-3 sash. The facade is topped by a low, peaked metal pediment filled by six panes of glass, and there is a metal catwalk mounted on the south end of the roof. The building was formerly occupied by Harp Raw Bar & Pub, and before that O'Neill's Pub, and currently houses Rosie Dunn's restaurant.
