4-story, 2-family modernist townhouse originally completed in the mid-1800s as a Greek-revival townhouse, complete with a stoop, arched windows and cornice. It was completely rebuilt with a new facade in 1943, and is faced in grey-brown painted stucco. The ground floor has an entrance on the left, and window on the right, behind a small, fenced garden. The 2nd & 3rd floors have two bays of windows, short at the 2nd floor, and taller on the 3rd, with simple stone sills. The top floor has a wide tripartite window, also with a stone sill.

Cantilevered concrete canopies protect the 4th-floor windows and the street level entrance. The first floor is a separate unit, with a triplex unit making up the upper floors. A lush landscaped garden is located at the rear of the building.
