7-story office building completed in 1929 as a hotel. It is clad in beige brick above a white-painted limestone ground floor, three bays wide. The main entrance is in the middle bay, with multi-pane wood-and-glass double-doors slightly recessed in a round-arch. To either side are narrower bays with matching single-doors under round-arches.

The 2nd floor has pink-colored stone cladding around three round-arches, each with a double-window in white wooden framing and a fanlight on top, and the stone cladding extend down to a band at the bottom of the 2nd floor with three projecting flagpoles. Above the three arches, the 2nd floor has a pair of small stone medallions with brick borders.

The upper floors are set off by a narrow string course. The 3rd floor also has double-windows with white wooden frames, enclosed by pale-pink stone surrounds topped by triangular pediments. The rest of the upper floors have single-windows with 3-over-4 sash. A simple brick parapet caps the facade, with a stone coping.
