6-story parking garage originally completed in 1888 as a warehouse. It was converted to a garage in the 1930s. The facade is clad in dark-brown-painted brick. The ground floor has two vehicle bays with metal doors on the west end, the wider main vehicle entrance/exit to the left, and a metal service door atop a small set of red-painted steps at the east end.

The upper floors have five bays of windows, each with 3-over-2 panes and painted stone sills. There is a corbelled band course running below the 4th floor, and another below the top floor. The bays are slightly recessed between the piers at the 4th-5th floors. The top floor has segmental-arched openings, and is topped by a corbelled band course and cornice. A brick-clad mechanical housing rises above the roof line at the west end. The three east bays are covered by a large advertising sign at the 3rd-6th floors, and there are several smaller projecting signs mounted to the facade. The garage contains 205 parking spaces.
