Arthur Oscar Square - Arsenal da Marinha (Recife)

The real name is Arthur Oscar Square, homage to the general who commanded the fourth and last expedition agains the Canudos Hamlet, when the rebel Antonio Conselheiro and his followers were slaughtered. In the mid-square, one can find the bronze bust os admiral Tamandare, who fought in Paraguay War and is the Patron of the Brazilian Navy.
