USA / New Jersey / West New York / New York City, New York / West 44th Street, 133

240-foot, 22-story modernist hotel completed in 1999 as part of the Millennium Hotel complex. Designed by Stonehill & Taylor as an addition to the taller Millennium Broadway Hotel to the west, the building is connect by a passageway through the Hudson Theater, which is also connected to the Millennium Broadway. The Premier tower's facade is clad in a curtain wall of blue glass, set back behind a 3-story limestone front at the building line. The middle bay of the stone section is open and topped by a segmental-arch at the 3rd floor; 2-story glass side walls lined with planters extend back to the main glass facade of the tower. The main entrance is in the western side wall. The two outer bays of the front facade have low, grey granite water tables; the east bay has a plate-glass storefront, and the west bay, where the entrance leads into the lobby, has a similar metal-and-glass show-window. Above there are narrow, 2-story openings, with dark-tinted glass filling the 2nd floor, and the 3rd floor open to the space behind, with the recessed tower visible through the openings.

The main facade of the tower has darker, navy glass at the ends, and lighter, blue glass in the center, which projects forward. There are small setbacks above the 13th floor, and at the middle bay above the 117th floor. The west elevation is faced in grey pre-cast concrete with horizontal bands. The tower contains 125 hotel rooms.
