The house “By a Stone Table” (Kamenný Stůl) was first mentioned back in the 12th century, and later, in the 14th century, it underwent serious gothic reconstruction. Some interesting events in life of the house took place in the 19th and 20th centuries when it was frequently visited by Franz Kafka and Albert Einstein.
