Historic building constructed in 1912 as the Sugar Producers' Palace. Before the economic collapse of 2008, plans were announced to convert it to Le Royal Meridien Prague Hotel, but work never began. It was sold in 2018 to UBM Development, who announced plans in 2019 to convert it to the Andaz Prague hotel, which opened in March 2022.
