Jetty designed and constructed a berthing facility to handle 40,000-deadweight tonne vessels and barges with a capacity of up to 5,000 deadweight tonnes unloading petroleum and liquefied petroleum gas. Jetty constructed a 500-metre long access trestle with associated pipe racks, roadways, lighting and services as well as an access road.​
