A tiny, forest-enclosed lake at the bottom of a loose scree slope in the Pecos Wilderness. Popular with hikers for its brilliant turquoise color, the result of minerals leached from the surrounding rock. Frequent tree fals make it possible to walk a significant way out onto the lake.
