The Center holds parish offices, meeting rooms, and a lower-level conference facility with kitchen. It was dedicated on January 25, 2004 in a ceremony led by then-Bishop of Pittsburgh Donald Wuerl. LeGras was the married name of the parish's patron saint, St. Louise de Marillac.
