One of the nicer lunch and dinner spots in downtown Bryan (but not too expensive). Opened by Peter Madden in summer 2004, a change of ownership came in January 2016 when he sold the restaurant to Tai Lee, one of his friends in the local restaurant industry, who he previously sold his food truck (Madden's Street Cuisine) to in 2012.
