Vernon Stoltzfus gave a presentation on how he makes ice cream, cheese curds and also what is done to the milk before bottling. We got to see all the equipment used for each phase of production. This place is amazing! A real dairy with lots of homemade stuff... And Amish made goodies too. Ice cream and milkshakes! So creamy with a rather sweet taste to it. The homemade baked items are delicious! Donuts, meat sticks, Amish butter, candy rocks, and granola! Everything has been fantastic and I highly recommend Moo Echo!
