The ruined site of the ancient Aeolian colony of Neandreia in Troas is located on the Çığrı in the Ezine district of the Çanakkale province of Turkey. The first part of the site to be occupied was the acropolis at its western end. In the 5th century BC Neandreia was part of the Delian League. After the founding of Antigoneia in Troas, later renamed Alexandreia Troas, in the late 4th century, Neandria became was subsumed as a dependency of the new city.
