Realitos is a census-designated place (CDP) in Duval County, Texas, United States. The population was 18 at the 2010 census.

In the early 1900's, the community served as the local ranching headquarters for Edward C. Lasater, the bitter enemy of longtime Duval County political boss Archer Parr. Realitos was supposedly named for small camps of Mexican officers who were stationed in the area in the nineteenth century.
