6-story International-style diplomatic mission building completed in 1968. It is clad in a curtain wall of metal and glass, with four dark-tinted windows per floor, grey metal spandrels, and stainless steel mullions. The ground floor is recessed and set behind a black iron gate and planter box. There is a gate and small set of steps at the left side down to the entrance.
The current permanent observer to the United Nations is His Excellency, The Most Reverend Bernardito Auza, appointed in July 2014.
