This was the site of the New Iron Springs Hotel, a.k.a. the "third" Iron Springs Hotel. It was the same building that had previously served as the Manitou Casino, having been moved from the other side of Ruxton Avenue circa 1913 by J. G. Hiestand to replace the (much larger) "second" Iron Springs Hotel, which had burned down in 1907.
It was demolished circa 1925.
