  • One would think that if they were in real danger the Kerala Govt. would use the lakhs of rupees they get in payments from TN to move these poor people.
  • India is a free country and the poorest will always find the cheapest place to live, which naturally will always be the place with the maximum disadvantages. Giving provocative modern scientific education is the best thing that is feasible for poor people, but government programs are directed towards spending money on visible things rather than simple though invisible education.
