5-story diplomatic office building originally completed in the late 1800s as a townhouse. It was completely remodeled in 1992 and now houses the Consulate-General of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas in New York and The Permanent Mission of the Bahamas to the United Nations.

The facade is faced is smooth stucco painted in various earth tones above a pink marble ground floor. The only opening on the ground floor is the central doorway, up a small set of steps, with recessed glass-and-metal doors framed by a pair of round marble columns. A rounded band course caps the ground floor.

The 2nd floor has small square windows at the ends, with two projecting flagpoles mounted just below and to the inside of the windows. The middle section is lighter colored, and extends to the top floor, where it ends is a round-arched fanlight window. The 3rd & 4th floors also have small square window at both ends, with another in the middle of the 4th floor. The middle of the 3rd floor has a larger 3-over-3 window. The facade is crowned by a brown metal roof cornice with brackets and panels.
