470-foot, 37-story modernist multi-use building planned to be completed in 2025. Designed by Soo K. Chan of SCDA Architects, it has just 29 condominium units, above several office floors. The slender glass facade of alternating, slightly angled sections (nine in total, each consisting of four floors) recalls the pressed-down buttons on an old-fashioned tape recorder, set back above a 2-story base. At the ground floor the entrance is deeply recessed at the west side, with a glass door and wall, and a metal canopy extends out onto the sidewalk. There is an oversized show-window on the left. The 2nd floor has a wide band of glass, topped by a ribbed metal lintel. At the top, a tall glass enclosure screens the rooftop mechanical equipment.
