  • This project is similar to Konak temple. It will take 1200 year by using 12 labors for completion. I have booked a flat in 2006 (SJ Developers) and yet to get this delivered. Not sure when will get the house. The builder is charging more money day by day by saying the price is been increased.. It is really horrible.
  • Why don't any one file a case in court then. I do not see any customer complaints in website.
  • May be the builder will not give possession and matter will get complicated. You will see one day entire royal lagoon will knock court
  • This project is under scanner by odisha govt and do not meet registration requirements. Customers in a dilemma & Builder passing time.
