5-story mercantile building originally completed in 1877. It is clad in rusticated limestone. The ground floor has a modernized storefront of glass and angled, horizontal-streaked white stone facets. The 2nd floor has a band of three large windows. The three upper floors have three bays of single-window openings, filled by posters of jewelry items. The facade is crowned by a grey metal roof cornice divided into six panels, each with a round, recessed light fixture. The building is occupied by Jacob & Co. jewelers.
