144-foot, 13-story modernist residential building completed in 1960. Designed by Paul Resnick, it is clad in light-grey brick with white brick trim. The ground floor is fronted by four wide and low concrete planters with granite around the tops. The central main entrance has glass double-doors flanked by plate-glass windows, under a rounded, grey canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. There are storefronts to either side. A narrow, peaked canvas canopy extends out from the western storefront entrance.
Above the ground floor the four center bays project out, and this area is framed on all four sides by a narrow band of white brick. This center section has bands of windows in tripartite groupings, separated by metal mullions. There are small, narrow slit vents in the grey-brick spandrels between floors.
There are two non-projecting bays on either side, with more tripartite windows and slit vents. The short side walls of the projecting center section are clad in the same white brick as the frame. The end bays set back above the 10th floor, and the next bays in set back above the 12th, with both setbacks marked by glass-and-metal railings.
The upper part of the west elevation is also grey brick, with four bays of single-windows near the center. The building contains 105 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Dawat restaurant.
