8-story Postmodern commercial building designed by Kennerly, Slomanson & Smith with interiors by Norwood Oliver in 1996 as a replacement for the Bonwitt Teller Department Store after their flagship had been demolished for Trump Tower. It housed New York's Niketown superstore until 2018, when the store moved to 650 Fifth Avenue. Nike added a faux PS 6453 public school sign on top (part of a high-school theme that was part of Nike’s design).

In 2020, the building was leased from the Trump Organization into a temporary store for Tiffany & Co. while their flagship undergoes renovations from 2020-2022. To prepare for the relocation, over 114,000 pieces of Tiffany merchandise were moved over the course of 18 hours behind tents and barriers in locked cases.
