5-story commercial building originally completed in 1869 as a townhouse. It now has a 2-story storefront at the base, and is clad in beige-painted brownstone. The ground floor has a recessed glass-and-wood door at the north end, and a plate-glass storefront to the south, with a navy blue vinyl awning. The 2nd floor has a wide studio window with another awning.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with white-painted stone surrounds, including bracketed sills and cornices. The facade is crowned by a white metal roof cornice with brackets and rings between each bracket. The ground floor is occupied by Bomber ski shop, with the 2nd floor occupied by Caviar Russe restaurant.
