5-story mixed-use building completed in 1885. It is clad in dark-red brick above a bright-red painted cast-iron ground floor with black-metal-framed doors and windows. The 2nd floor has a studio window with flagpoles at the ends, and a black awning and signboard above. The top three floors have similar sized tripartite windows with stone sills, and the facade is capped by a stone coping. The lower two levels were formerly occupied by Connolly's Pub & Restaurant.
