6-story office building completed in 1878 as a 5-story townhouse. It is clad in red brick, with the main entrance at the east end of the ground floor. It has a glass door slightly recessed in a fluted molding and topped by a fanlight. The brick arch above the fanlight has stone impost blocks and a keystone. To the left is a plate-glass display-window for a storefront and a wooden door with an oval glass cutout, topped by a black canopy.

The upper floors are set off by a stone band course and have three bays of multi-pane windows with stone sills. There are small metal planter boxes at the bases of the 2nd-floor windows, and the 5th-floor windows are round-arched. A stone-and-brick parapet tops the 5th floor, with a stone coping. The newer 6th floor is set back. The ground floor is occupied by Martial Vivot Salon Pour Hommes.
