5-story commercial building completed in 1897 as a townhouse. It is clad in white-painted brownstone, three bays wide. The ground floor has a black metal-and-glass door to the upper floors at the right, with a window and door to the ground-floor restaurant on the left; the restaurant door is covered by a rounded sand-colored canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk.

The upper floors have single-windows in simple stone surrounds, quite tall at the 2nd floor and growing shorter as the facade rises. On the 3rd-5th floors, above a brown belt course, the window surrounds are peaked at the top. The facade is crowned by a bracketed black metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Mozzarella & Vino restaurant.
