5-story commercial building completed in 1897 as a townhouse. It is clad in red ironspot brick, three bays wide. The ground floor has glass doors with brick lintels on both ends, and a plate-glass display-window framed in a white stone molding in the center. The 2nd floor has tall windows with brick lintels, and a stone parapet caps the 2nd floor.

The upper floors are set back above the base, with three windows with brick lintels on each floor. There is a projecting flagpole at the east bay on the 4th floor. The facade is capped by a modest green copper cornice below a brick roof parapet. The building was previously occupied by Manolo Blahnik fashion, and then SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker.
